Tutors

Christ the King is looking for volunteers to read and mentor students at Ridgeview Elementary School (10010 Ridgeview Dr.). Tutoring sessions:

• Begins in September, ends in April

• Once a week for 45 minutes 

• Reading sessions for 1st–4th grade

• Work one-on-one or with a small group

All tutors will be trained and provided with expert guidance and materials throughout the year. Safe Environment training, a completed OKCPS volunteer application, and a background check provided by the school district are required. The teachers really appreciate the help the tutors provide to the students, and the students look forward to the relationship that is built with their tutor.
