Additional Impact

Building the Early Childhood Center will not only impact our youngest of learners, but will free space in the existing school and help with the needs of the parish community.
School

• Offer space to expand differentiated instruction area
• Enhance the fine arts program
• Increase elective offerings for the Junior High students
• Support administrative needs

Parish

• Multi-purpose room will offer additional space for ministry meetings after school hours
• Additional space for youth group gatherings
• More parking availability for parish activities (approximately 35+ additional spots)

Planting More seeds

• Additional funds raised during a capital campaign can provide lasting benefits. The projects listed below are not part of the original plan but could be added if we exceed our campaign goals.
• Renovation of the Atrium kitchen that will help with service and catering needs of the parish
• Reconstruction of the rectory at Elmhurst and Dorset
• Additional fine arts area on existing campus to continue to enhance “The Arts” at Christ the King School
• Create a reserve fund that generates annual income to support future building operations
• (Projects are not listed in order of priority. Start of projects is subject to the amount of funds that are received).

This proactive stewardship ensures that the mission of Christ the King continues to flourish and allows the community to focus more fully on forming students and parishioners in faith, service, and academic excellence for generations to come.
