Christ the King will offer the next session of GriefShare on Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 3:30pm beginning June 24th. There is no fee for this program.
This 13-week grief recovery support group provides a compassionate place to hear insights from grief recovery experts, connect with others who understand the pain of loss, receive comfort and encouragement, and gain practical tools for navigating the challenges of grief. It is recommended to join the group within the first three weeks of a new session. Because the program offers support rather than professional counseling, it is also advised that individuals wait 10–12 weeks after the death of a loved one before joining.
If you or someone you know could benefit from bereavement support, please reach out to Robin Martin at (405) 250-4998 or [email protected].

This year, parishioner Sally Riesenberg will share practical ways women can incorporate service into daily life—within our families and beyond. As we serve our families and reflect the light of Christ to our children, we are also called to extend that light to our communities and experience the beauty of serving others together.
Our final week of Lent will end as the Knights of Columbus "Feed the Hungry" with a Fish Fry in the parish atrium immediately following the 6pm Stations of the Cross.
The dinner is free, but monetary donations will be accepted.
Please join us!
I invite you to join our parish choir for a sung evening Vespers service on March 8 at 5pm in the church. Vespers, from the Latin word for "evening," is one of the most beautiful and ancient liturgies in our Catholic tradition, dating back to the earliest centuries of Christianity. This evening prayer service centers around the singing of psalms, canticles, and hymns that have nourished the faithful for generations.
This Lenten season, we will focus on the Corporal Works of Mercy through donations to various local charitable organizations. We invite you to bring needed items for each organization throughout the week, and then join us at the end of each week for a Friday Lenten Meal, during which a representative will speak about their cause and collect the donations.
