Stretch & Flow Class

Join Stacey Allen in a weekly beginner's stretch and flow class to build strength and flexibility. We meet in Room LL1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm. Cost is $5/class. Bring your own mat, block and water.
